Application Fee & Intimation Charges

• SC / ST / PwBD / ESM / DESM Candidates: ₹175/- (Inclusive of GST)

• All Other Candidates (General/OBC/EWS): ₹850/- (Inclusive of GST)

• Application Form Correction Fee (During Edit Window): ₹200/- (for all categories)

• Payment Mode: Online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, UPI, or Mobile Wallets.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As on 01.08.2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years

• Maximum Age: 28 Years

• (Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2006, both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation:

• SC / ST: 5 Years

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years

• PwBD: 10 Years

• Ex-Servicemen (ESM): Actual service rendered + 3 years (Max age 50 years)

• Widows / Divorced Women (not remarried): Gen/EWS: Up to 35 yrs, OBC: 38 yrs, SC/ST: 40 yrs

2. Educational Qualification (As on 21.08.2026)

• Graduation: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

• Computer Proficiency: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory (Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language or studied Computer/IT as a subject in High School/College).

• Local Language Proficiency: Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the specified local language of the State/UT for which candidate is applying is mandatory.

Selection Process

The selection process for IBPS CSA/Clerk recruitment involves the following stages:

1. Online Preliminary Examination (Objective Test)

2. Online Main Examination (Objective Test)

3. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) (Qualifying in nature, conducted before joining)

4. Document Verification & Medical Examination

Exam Pattern

Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 0.25 (1/4th) marks for every wrong answer in both Preliminary and Main examinations.

How to Apply for IBPS Clerk / CSA Recruitment 2026?

1. Visit the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in.

2. Click on the link “CRP CSA” and select “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)”.

3. Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register by entering basic personal details.

4. Note down the system-generated Registration Number and Password sent via SMS/Email.

5. Upload required documents:

   • Photograph & Live Photograph capture

   • Signature (not in capital letters)

   • Left Thumb Impression

   • Hand Written Declaration

   • 10th Class / Matriculation Certificate

6. Fill in academic details, bank preferences, and state selection carefully.

7. Pay the applicable application fee via online payment options.

8. Submit the form and take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
