👤 Eligibility Criteria:
📌 Nationality:
A candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan
A person of Indian origin migrated from select countries (with eligibility certificate from Govt. of India)
🎓 Educational Qualification (as on 01.01.2026):
- LDC/JSA/DEO (Except specific ministries): 12th Pass from a recognized Board
- DEO in some departments (like Ministry of Consumer Affairs): 12th Pass in Science Stream with Mathematics
🎂 Age Limit:
- 18 to 27 years (born between 01.1999 and 01.01.2008)
- Age relaxation as per rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10-15 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service
💻 Selection Process:
The recruitment will be held in two tiers (CBT) followed by a Skill/Typing Test.
✅ Tier-I (Objective Exam):
- Subjects: English, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Negative Marking: 0.50 marks per wrong answer
✅ Tier-II (Objective + Skill Test):
- Sections: Reasoning, Maths, English, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge
- Skill/Typing Test:
- For DEO: 8000–15000 key depressions/hour
- For LDC/JSA: Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi
